- Start-up the WP: organisation WP, start-up WPnetwork and RegNets - Presentation of PP's decline characters and related experiences (overall information exchange) - Information about the facets of decline - dissemination first results from WP 1 in PP's local/regional scale - Selection and first overview on potentials in Hinterland development as contribution for regional start brainstormings - Governance activities to involve local and regional stakeholders (citizens, politicians, experts, existing networks etc.)
